With more than two decades at FRANdata, Wiseman has shaped how franchisors, SBA lenders, private equity firms, and franchise suppliers use data to make better decisions. Her work spans franchise credit analytics, performance benchmarking, market research, and capital access — giving the industry the verified intelligence it needs to grow, underwrite risk, and operate with confidence.
Wiseman leads FRANdata’s risk analytics practice, including the FUND Score — the franchise industry’s only brand-level credit scoring model used by SBA lenders to evaluate franchisor risk before committing capital to franchisee loans. She also oversees the Franchise Registry, the definitive resource used by SBA-approved lenders to streamline franchise loan approvals nationwide.
Beyond credit and lending, Wiseman is a trusted voice on franchise industry trends, franchise system performance, unit economics, and the data infrastructure that underpins franchising at scale. She leads FRANdata’s market research and advisory practice, helping franchise systems, PE investors, and suppliers understand the competitive landscape with proprietary research and benchmarking that can’t be found anywhere else.
Wiseman served on the IFA Supplier Forum Advisory Board and is a recurring speaker at the IFA Annual Convention and the America East Lender Conference. She has co-chaired the IFA Women’s Franchise Network and is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) through the International Franchise Association.
