This Privacy Policy describes the information Franchise Information Services, Inc. (doing business as and referred to herein as FRANdata), collects, uses or shares information; the rights and choices you have over your personal information; and the measures we take to secure information. This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information collected from members, customers, former members, users, applicants or others by or on behalf of FRANdata (“FRANdata”, “we”, “us”), including information collected through our website or mobile versions of our website (collectively, the “Site”); by email, phone or offline methods; from third party sources; and anywhere else we display this privacy policy (collectively the “Services”). By using the Services, you accept and consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your use.
Collection of Personal Information
Personal Information is information that directly or indirectly identifies you or can be used to identify you as an individual. We collect Personal Information from applications, questionnaires, testimonials and other forms you submit to us, such as your name, your job title, your company’s name and industry sector, your company’s location (country, state and zip code), and your contact information (address, email, and telephone number). The Site is not intended or directed to children and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under age 13. Should we learn that someone under age 13 has provided any Personal Information to or on the Site, we will remove that information as soon as possible.
Third-Party Sites
The Site contains links to other websites or platforms not owned or operated by us, including links to social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. FRANdata is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites.

The Site is hosted by FRANdata on servers located in the United States and the Services and our products are not targeted at individuals outside the United States.
